I called in to verify if the product that I will be ordering will be compatible and the sales expert provided practical advice that was useful and very obvious that they were not trying to upsell (offered me all options available but also told me that the product I am ordering is the cheapest option but will work just as well for my filtration system). Product I ordered arrived before the promised date and worked as advertised and advised. Good company and price.
