Protecting your home from arsenic shouldn't be complicated. The PIONEER® As is a breakthrough in water safety, designed to give you whole house treatment with the convenience of a simple replaceable filter cartridge rather than having to swap media in a traditional backwashing system once it is exhausted. This is of particular advantage to households that use low volumes of water where cartridges will last a long time, or for homes where installation of a backwashing system would be complicated. For higher volume applications, our Titan-Ox arsenic filter systems may be more suitable as they will likely have a lower long-term cost of ownership due to their long media life.
PIONEER® As is the first-of-its-kind non-backwashing whole-house filtration solution that removes both forms of arsenic (III and V) and is certified to NSF/ ANSI 53 Standard for service flow rates up to 7 gpm (26.50 lpm) for 125,000 gallons of certified filtration life. The ATOMUS F11 filter media technology is so advanced that it is not necessary to convert arsenic III to V prior to filtration. There are no air-oxidation control valves, and no backwashing!
PIONEER® As meets or exceeds USEPA enforceable maximum contaminant level (MCL) regulations in public drinking water of 10 parts per billion (ppb) for arsenic in water systems. ATOMUS F11 mediais highly resistant to pH upset to prevent possible desorption of bound arsenic both during use and in landfill conditions, ensuring successful evaluation against USEPA TCLP and California Wet Tests solutions with an unparalleled, non-leachable arsenic bond, the filters are landfillable after use if disposed of in accordance with local, state and federal regulations/requirements.
The Enpress PIONEER® As cartridge is designed specifically for Enpress PIONEER® and Enpress ONE series Cartridge Tank filter systems with 1.25 inch inlet/outlet. The Enpress ONE Cartridge Tank is marketed under a variety of other brand names and part numbers, including: Watts SCT-125; US Filter Systems 350-ONE-CT-125; Hellenbrand 109710; and Nelsen NFS-HF. This cartridge is compatible with all of these systems that have a 1.25 inch inlet/outlet.
