We are pleased to offer a full selection of Sterilight brand inline flow restrictors ranging from 0.5 gallons per minute to 20.0 gallons per minute that can be used with all Trojan UVMax UV sterilizers. We also offer several generic brand flow restrictors which are available at a reduced price. Flow restrictors are used to ensure that the maximum flow ratings of ultraviolet (UV) sterilizers are not exceeded, thereby ensuring that an adequate UV dose is always maintained. We recommend that you select a restrictor that has a GPM restriction rating equal to or less than the maximum flow rate of your UV sterilizer based on a UV dose of 40,000 µWs/cm2.
We offer 2 basic types of flow restrictors, stainless steel and chrome plated brass. The stainless steel models are generally regarded as higher quality, but cost a little more. All Sterilight brand restrictors use NSF-61 approved neoprel inserts.
