Easy to install,with the exception of the O-ring. The O-ring would not stay in place and it took 3 tries to get a good housing seal. Expect the filter changing process to be messy. No way to remove the housing without spilling a bunch of water. Technical staff did a good job of helping me pick out the correct unit for my house needs (did not try to sell me a unit that exceeded what I needed).
Installed the TAC 4 unit with a pre-filter and Manganese filter about 2 months ago. the water quality has improved. My rain shower head is not clogging any longer. Change the O-ring to a gasket that will stay in place when the housing is installed and revise the housing to spill less water during filter change and this would have been a 5.
